Jackie Mitchell is a highly motivated and talented fitness professional known for her upbeat attitude and creating an inviting atmosphere for her health club clients. Jackie’s fitness background includes dance, track and field, cross country, weight lifting, TRX, cross training and yoga. She holds several high school and collegiate awards recognizing her leadership and track & field accomplishments. Her hobbies include singing, dancing, running, hiking, jiu-jitsu, kickboxing and boxing. Jackie is nationally certified for personal training by the National Exercise & Sports Trainers Association (NESTA).

She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Administrative Leadership for University of Oklahoma coupled with several credit hours in physical education. After her collegiate track career she invested more than 500 hours in continuing her education in physical education, exercise science, food quality control and nutrition. Currently, she is on the path of becoming an Ayurvedic Health Educator. Jackie is also a new mother to her newborn son and knows what it takes to get that pre-baby body back. She has also personally experienced health, muscular and structural injuries due to a car wreck, work injuries, poor misguided expertise and she has made a FULL recovery. Now she has entered this field to help people not just live, but live life to the fullest.
